Villa Carrara

Villa Carrara, Venetian Villa in Valpantena from the 15th century, is included in the General Catalog of Italian Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Italian Culture, is cataloged by the Regional Institute of Venetian Villas of the Veneto Region, is part of the Association of Italian Historic Houses and of the Association Venetian Villas.

Since the fifteenth century there are archive documents that attest to the presence of the locality called "La Carrara" with the beginning of the construction of the Villa by the De Banaverijs family dating back to 1411. In the following centuries, noble families and high prelates took turns they gave the Villa the imposing appearance that we can still admire today and also built an Oratory dedicated to S. Nicola da Tolentino in 1700.

Villa Carrara has been expertly subjected to conservative restoration by the current owner, La Spada Salvadori, who has brought it back to its former splendor, making it a precious and elegant residence, an ideal place for hospitality and the organization of weddings and exclusive events.
