Professors from Ca' Foscari University of Venice and industry experts will discuss how daily habits can contribute to a more sustainable future and will share innovative strategies for the valorization of local resources.
During the debate, Valentina Raffaelli will lead a cooking show with tasting of three dishes that will tell the story of the goodness and seasonal variety of the territory, while the guys from Fuori Cucina will take care of the beverage, offering perfect combinations to complete the culinary experience.
The event, part of the European Cities2030 Project, represents a unique opportunity to explore food sustainability and its daily impact.
