Verona, city of the horse

From 7 November to 10 November the equestrian world meets in Verona for Fieracavalli, the largest equestrian event in Italy which attracts over 140,000 visitors from all over the world.

The event, in addition to hosting the only Italian stage of the Longines FEI World Cup Jumping, the international show jumping grand prix, and other competitions, represents a very important showcase for the equestrian business.

The widespread fair involves the entire city and its surroundings with entertainment and shows, among which the evening at the Gallerie Mercatali with one of the most famous DJs in the world, Bob Sinclar, urban equivia and food contests stands out.

But Fieracavalli is also an international showcase for equestrian tourism, with the Rural Tourism Exhibition, a journey to discover the traditions, biodiversity and beauty of rural Italy of which Valpantena is a beautiful example, with various accommodation facilities and the possibility of practicing tekking on horseback.
